Leigh O’Neill has over 20 years of senior-level experience in financial services roles. Most recently, she worked for Xero as an Executive General Manager, leading the Global Financial Services and Money divisions. Prior to this, Leigh O’Neill held senior roles at National Australia Bank in its Personal Everyday Banking, Small Business and Business Direct, and Private Wealth businesses.
Ms O’Neill holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Science from Nottingham University, UK, and a Diploma of Financial Services from the Chartered Insurance Institute. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, of the Wharton Executive Development Program, and of the Stanford Executive Program.
Ms O’Neill is a non-executive director of First Samuel Limited and is a member of the Audit & Risk and Investment Governance Committees.
